I have owned revenue property all of my adult life so I have hands-on experience with tenants. I have good people skills and have negotiated many sales of revenue property over the years while maintaining a good relationship with the tenants.

Sweat Equity

If you are a first time buyer or an experienced “do it yourself” person, I can assist you. I have extensive experience renovating homes from cosmetic upgrades to having a house lifted and building a new level below. I have been a general contractor for several new construction projects. For much of this work, I have been ‘hands on’. I love physically doing the demolition. I’ve done everything from laying drain tile, to designing and installing the landscaping. I have a talent for seeing what changes will increase a home’s value and livability. I have re-designed several properties and chosen the finishing materials and paint colours both inside and out. I have a good eye for what changes will enhance the appearance and add to the value of the houses you view. If you want to build equity, I can help by steering you away from projects that will be too challenging and encouraging you to purchase properties that need work that is in line with your abilities. I am a ‘boomer’ and have been contemplating downsizing myself. I offer a clear perspective on the challenges of leaving a larger home. Whether you are thinking of a single family, townhouse or condominium I will help you make the transition. I have infinite patience and will not pressure you in any way. As with myself, you need to explore the various options so you make the right decision for your lifestyle. I know the real estate business. With over thirty years of real estate sales experience, all in the Victoria market place, I will provide you with a detailed Market Analysis of your home based on properties comparable to your home. Much of my business is repeat and personal referral. My many satisfied customers have used my services over and over and consistently recommend me to family, friends and associates.

I work for you. When you call, I answer. Page me and I return your call immediately. I will give you my direct cell number so you don’t have to go through my office. I communicate the way you want to communicate: face to face, by telephone conversation, through email or text. I have a complete office at home as well as the services at RE/MAX Camosun, so I am easy to reach.

I listen. When you speak, I will hear you. I will not waste your time showing you homes that don't adhere to the style, standards and locations you have described to me. I won't show you homes out of your price range. I will find you a home that fits your wants and needs.

I am a strong negotiator. As an experienced agent, I am qualified to negotiate a contract of purchase and sale and act as mediator between the Seller and the Buyer.
